A mechanism will be set up in all the seven states to win the candidate of the ruling coalition

Kathmandu, January 6.

The five-party ruling coalition has decided to set up mechanisms in all the seven states to
ensure victory of the ruling coalition candidates in the National Assembly elections.

A meeting of the high-level political mechanism formed to run the government on Thursday
morning decided to form political mechanisms in all the seven states. According to
Communications Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, the meeting decided to set up a
mechanism in all the seven states and to appeal to the Central Coordinating Committee to
ensure victory of the alliance candidates in the National Assembly.

He said that the meeting had appealed to the common candidate of the alliance to win and it was decided to form a five-party mechanism in all the seven states to ensure the victory of those candidates.

The meeting wished success to Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba for his visit to India. Deuba is going on a four-day visit to India next Sunday.
