Senior Nepali Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel has said that he has not taken a break from his political journey.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Poudel congratulated the elected officials and members of the party’s central committee and said that his political journey was continuing.
“I decided to stay away from the competition because my friends told me that Ram Chandraji should not run in the elections anymore. I stayed away from voting to be honest about that decision,” he said in a statement. My political journey continues. ‘
Senior leader Poudel congratulated the party in the election and urged the losers not to panic.
‘Personality is identified not in happiness but in sorrow and defeat. Considering this as an internal process within the party, one should keep his position unchanged in both win and lose situation and has to maintain cordial relation with friends inside party.
Poudel said that the general convention would help in the use of internal democracy within the party and also give a new direction to the party.
