The Secretariat of the Promotion Committee has recommended the promotion of 20 Deputy
Secretaries to the post of Joint Secretary. 18 Deputy Secretaries of Administration Service and 2 Deputy Secretaries of Audit Services have been recommended for promotion.
Deepak Ghimire, Narayan Prasad Sapkota, Balram Niraula, Ved Prasad Kharel, Rudra Prasad Pandit, Madan Koirala, Komal Prasad Dhamla, Divas Acharya and Ishwar Kumar Giri have been recommended for promotion.
Similarly, Shravan Kumar Pokhrel, Ram Bahadur Kurumbang, Gopal Kumar Adhikari, Tuvaraj Pokhrel, Basudev Ghimire, Uddhav Prasad Rijal, Yuvraj Kattel, Dhruvraj Pandit and Deepak Lamichhane have also been recommended for promotion. The secretariat of the promotion committee has recommended to promote Padam Prasad Acharya and Shambhu Kumar Shrestha from the audit service.
