Kathmandu, December 19
In the last 24 hours, 181 more people have been infected with the corona virus.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 131 people were tested for PCR in 4,831 people and 181 people tested positive for antigens in 5,041 people, including 48 people. In the last 24 hours, one person has died from corona infection and 289 have been cured.
With the addition on Sunday, the total number of Corona infected in Nepal has reached 921,717. At the same time, the number of deaths in Nepal has reached 11 thousand 573 and 8 lakh 8 thousand 92 people have been infected.
According to the ministry, there are currently 5,271 active infected people across the country. Out of which 5 thousand 023 are in home isolation and 248 are in institutional isolation. Corona is being treated on 26 ventilators.
Similarly, corona infection has been confirmed in one child under 10 years of age and 11 corona infections have been added in the age group of 11 to 20 years.
