Home Minister Bal Krishna Khan has bagged the third most popular vote for an open central member in the election held under the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress.
In the ongoing vote count, he got 1851 votes and secured the third position. Before him are Dr. Shashank Koirala and NP Saud.
