Tribhuvan University is going to celebrate its 47th convocation on Monday. Prime Minister and Chancellor Sher Bahadur Deuba will preside over the function to be held at the Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office, Balkhu.
Prime Minister Deuba is scheduled to reach Balkhu at 11 am.
