Buddha Air has made an emergency landing at Bharatpur. Shortly after taking off
from Bharatpur, it landed at Bharatpur again due to a mechanical fault.
According to Deepak BK, Information Officer, Civil Aviation Authority, Bharatpur,
the plane landed in Bharatpur immediately after the captain said that there was a
technical problem as soon as it took off at 1:16 pm.
After the ship landed, all the passengers got out safely. He informed that other
reasons are being sought. There were 18 passengers and crew members on board
the craft between Buddha Air.
Chief Superintendent of Police Om Prakash Adhikari of the District Police Office
Chitwan said that all the passengers and crew were safe. The fire brigade has
been kept in readiness saying that there could be any problem. At the same time,
flights from here have been affected.
