The swearing in of the 44 nominated members of the CPN-UML Central Committee is taking place
today. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at Tulsilal Pratishthan Chasal at 11 am.
UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to administer oath to nominated central members and
then address them, said UML Publicity Department Deputy Chief Bishnu Rijal.
UML has nominated 44 out of 20 open, 15 women and nine from the party unity process. According
to the provisions of the UML constitution, 10 percent members have been nominated in the central
members.
