Two thousand 175 delegates will participate in the 10th General Convention of the CPN(UML).
UML Publicity Department Deputy Chief Surya Thapa informed that 2,175 delegates will participate in the General Convention after being elected and nominated. Earlier, on Kartik 12, one thousand 199 delegates from across the country were elected for the event.
The standing committee meeting held on Mangsir 7 nominated five percent of the total elected representatives. Similarly, 130 observers will participate in the convention. UML general convention is starting from tomorrow in Bharatapur of Chitwan. The General Convention will elect 15/15 members in 225 Central Committees and Accounts and Discipline Commission including 15 office bearers.
Delegates from all over the country are coming to Chitwan for the General Convention. The general convention will be held till Mangsir 12.
