The Land Revenue Office, which has been closed for two weeks, will be operational from Sunday

The Land Revenue Office, Surkhet which has been closed for two weeks due to corona virus infection in its employees, will resume service from Sunday.

Earlier, the service was suspended till Bhadra 15, but the office issued another notice stating that all services will be operational tomorrow. Acting Chief of the Office Krishna Prasad Devkota said that the service will be resumed from tomorrow as the infected employees have recovered.

Apart from direct contact with the service recipients, the office also operated essential services related to the Land Revenue Department, courts, administration, inter-related bodies and the police office. The Land Revenue Office has been working on the revenue of some wards of Birendranagar, Chowkune Rural Municipality, Lekbesi Rural Municipality on Sunday-Monday, Birendranagar, Panchapuri and Barahatal Rural Municipality on Tuesday-Wednesday, some wards of Birendranagar, Chingad and Simta Rural Municipality on Thursday-Friday. The work of Gurbhakot and Bheriganga municipalities is being done by the Land Revenue Office at Mehelkuna.
