Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Gyanendra Bahadur Karki has said that the current cabinet will be completed soon.
Talking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport today, he clarified that the cabinet would be expanded soon after holding discussions with all parties. Spokesperson of the government Karki informed that talks are underway to involve other parties in the government besides be coalition parties for stable government and sustainable development.
Understanding the importance of time, the government has made it clear that it will work for sustainable development in a way that the people can feel, he said that the ordinance on political parties was brought due to necessity and compulsion and would be discussed in the next convention.
Replying to a question, Minister Karki informed that the ward level convention of the Nepali Congress would be held on Bhadra 18 and the information for the candidature of the president would also be issued. “As MCC is a development project, it is important for our country,” he said, adding that is would be passed only after discussions between the parties.
Minister Karki has arrived here for the program of Ramdhuni Municipality of Sunsari.
