The economic situation of the country is presented in the Parliament by the Finance Minister

Finance Minister Janardan Sharma has presented the current economic situation of the country in the House of Representatives. Minister Sharma said that the government would be accountable to the people by moving forward on the basis of the constitutional guideline of building a socialism-oriented economy that development and prosperity and correcting the shortcoming of the past.

The finance minister has mentioned that some schemes have been announced without ensuring resources. Stating that the government has not disclosed the economic situation to make requests, biases or objections, he said, “I have presented the facts as it is with the state, all these are proven. This is a description of the previous government. The previous government has not been accused.”

Opposition lawmakers have criticized the finance minister for informing the previous government about the economic situation.
