Meeting of the ruling coalition concluded

The meeting of the ruling coalition has been conducted. At a meeting held at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar, it was agreed to move ahead with the expansion of the government as soon as possible, said General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, PurnaBahadurKhadka.

Discussions were also held on the need for the ruling parties to resolve their technical issues immediately for the expansion of the Council of Ministers, said General Secretary Khadka. In the meeting, Prime Minister Sher BahadurDeuba had instructed the task force led by General Secretary Khadka to finalize the minimum common program of the government immediately.

Politburo member Dr BijayPoudel also participated in the Baluwatar meeting on behalf of CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal.
