1. Arun Upreti – Arithang , East Sikkim
2. Bishnu Kumar Khatiwada – Rhenock , East Sikkim
3. Sanjeet Kharel – Namthang Rateypani , South Sikkim
Total declared is now 12

Namchi, 19th March: On the second day of filing for nominations for the General Elections to Lok Sabha and Legislative Assemblies, Returning Officer (South) Mr. Ragul K. informed that a total of nine nominations were received from candidates out of which two each nominations were filed by four candidates, today.
For 12 Melli constituency 45 years old Mrs. Farwanti Tamang filed two nomination papers, 13 Namthang-Rateypani constituency saw 37 years old Mr. Birjan Tamang who filed two nomination papers. Similarly, for 14 Temi Namphing constituency had 54 year old Mr. Garja Man Gurung who filed two nomination papers, 15 Rangang Yangang had 39 year old Mrs. Raj Kumari Thapa who filed a nomination. Subsequently, for 16 Tumin-Lingi constituency had 59 year old Mr. Ugen T. Gyatso Bhutia who filed two nomination papers. All, the five candidates belong to the political party Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF), they also took the oath of affirmation administered by the Returning Officer.
It may be informed that nil nominations were received for 09 Barfung, 10 Poklok-Namchi and 11 Namchi-Singhithang constituencies.
As well as in West District On the 2nd Day of Nominations in the West District of Sikkim 2 candidates (SDF) filed their nominations successfully in the Office of the Returning Officer.
The Candidates are:
1. Shri. Narendra Kumar Subba s/o Lt. Padam Singh Subba, SDF, 03-Maneybong Dentam Constituency.
2. Shri. Laxuman Sharma s/o Lt. Kharananda , 04 -Gyalshing-Barnyak Constituency.
