Kathmandu, May 26 Nepali Congress candidate Gopal Ray Yadav has been elected the mayor in Fatuwa Vijaypur Municipality of Rautahat district. He got 4,851 votes while his nearest rival Bijay Yadav of UML received 3,361 votes. Similarly, Congress candidate Amveya Khatun has been elected the deputy mayor with 5,162 votes.
