Farewell to U-20 National Team by ANFA

The U-20 national team has said goodbye as it departs for India to compete in the U-20 SAFF Championship in Bhuwaneshwor.

The farewell was held on Friday during a special program at the ANFA Complex in Satdobato. ANFA President Pankaj Bikram Nembang, Senior Vice President Bir Bahadur Khadka, Vice President Deepak Khatiwada, General Secretary Kiran Rai, Treasurer Rabindra Joshi, central members Mahendra Chhetri and Sarila Shrestha, and member of the National Sports Council Secretary Tanka Lal Ghising presented flower garlands to the players and officials during the farewell ceremony.

On July 25, Nepal will face the Maldives in its opening match of the SAFF U-20 Championship. On July 27, they will play their second game against Sri Lanka, and on July 31, they will play with India. On August 2, Nepal will play its final group match against Bangladesh.
