Arrival of tourists in Langtang National Park in Rasuwa is increasing

The arrival of tourists to Langtang National Park in Rasuwa has increased. The tourism business, which has slowed down for a long time due to Corona, is gradually returning to its rhythm.

According to the Langtang National Park Office, there has been an improvement in the arrival of tourists in the last fiscal year 2078/79.In the past one year, more than 18 thousand tourists have arrived in the park.

According to statistics, 18 thousand 651 tourists have reached different areas of the park in one year. Most of them are Nepalese. The number of Nepali tourists has increased significantly due to the decrease in the number of foreign tourists due to Corona.

Before Corona, the number of foreign tourists was increasing. Last year, there were 2,788 foreigners and 224 tourists from SAARC countries.

Among the tourists who come to the park, they came to study and observe the tourist area Langtang, the religious place Gosaikund and the Tamang heritage route.
