Prachanda will go to India on Friday at the invitation of the BJP President

Chairman of the CPN-Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda is scheduled to visit India on Friday.

Prachanda is set to visit India at the invitation of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president JP Nadda.

Prachanda is scheduled to leave for New Delhi, the capital of India, at 1 pm on Friday, said the personal secretary, Ramesh Malla.

Though BJP president Nadda had sent an invitation long ago, his visit could not take place due to political engagement, said the personal secretary, Malla.

According to Malla, Chairman Prachanda will also address a program in Delhi. It is said that Prachanda will return home on July 17.
