After attending the Parliamentary Network of Non-Aligned Movement meeting, Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota returned home.
A Nepali parliamentary delegation led by Speaker Sapkota returned home on Sunday evening after attending the conference in Baku, Azerbaijan. On June 30, Speaker Sapkota spoke at the conference in behalf of the Nepali legislative delegation. Speaker Sapkota declared on the occasion that Nepal has committed its support and solidarity to the Non-Aligned Movement’s coordinated efforts to address the world’s problems.
The Nepali Parliamentary Delegation also included Pushpa Bhusal Gautam, a member of the House of Representatives, and Ram Chandra Rai, a member of the National Assembly.
