CPN (Maoist Center) Central Committee meeting begins in Kathmandu on Sunday

The meeting of the Central Committee of the CPN (Maoist Center) has started in Kathmandu from Sunday.

Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ started the meeting at Pragya Bhawan Kamaladi in Kathmandu by informing about the agenda. In the three-day meeting, there will be information from the chairperson about the meeting operation process and brief reporting from the provinces.

Similarly, the Maoist have stated that they will also discuss the report on the current situation and organizational issues.

Chairman Prachanda informed that discussions will be held on organizational issues politburo, standing committee, and selection of office bearers. He said that the review of local elections, preparations for the upcoming provincial and federal elections would also be discussed in the meeting.

During the meeting, Prachanda administered the oath of office to the new members of the Central Committee.
