President Bidhya Devi Bhandari has stressed on the need to make legal education quality and competitive.
Speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu on Friday, on the occasion of the foundation day of Nepal Law Campus, President Bhandari said that legal education was the main basis of establishing the rule of law and stressed on the need to make it qualitative and competitive.
She said that although the law can provide general guidance in practical life, the height of public, social and political behavior can only be maintained by morality.
