The Sisneri road connecting Hetauda to the federal capital Kathmandu has been blocked since this morning due to landslides.
According to Pratima Karki, Inspector at the Area Police Office, Bhimphedi, the traffic was blocked due to the landslide at Ram Chandra Bhanjyang of Indrasarovar Village Municipality-3 since last night.
It is currently raining in the area, making it difficult to remove the landslide. She said that the landslide will be removed and traffic will be restored after the water recedes.
Inspector Karki said that the Kulekhani-Fakhel road section and Tribhuvan Highway are still in operation.
