Pokhara’s ditched road has begun to fill after the drainage was cleaned

Kathmandu, June 12

Holes in the road will be filled by the Pokhara Metropolitan City. The sewers and drains have been cleaned since the arrival of the new people's representative in the metropolis, and the ditches are now being filled. Dhanraj Acharya, the mayor, is a supporter of the campaign.

In all 33 wards, the sewerage and drain cleaning program has been continued.
Since Saturday, a campaign to fix cracks has been ongoing. Purna Gurung, the Chief of the
Infrastructure Division, has organized a committee to help with this. The ditches on the main road and auxiliary roads were soon filled when the vehicles got into them.
According to Gurung, a campaign was launched within three days of the study of the ditch’s collapse to fill the hole. The information about the ditch should be delivered to the city. We’ll be able to fill it in three days,’ he said, adding, ‘We’ll attempt to do it even faster.’  Separate technology, according to sub-engineer Netra Timilsina, should be established for it.

Filling the hole is a difficult process. Even though it appears to be a minor task, it is quite
complex. To make life easier, technology should be created. ‘The city is on the watch for him.’
