Kathmandu, June 9
For the second time, Dordi Khola Company has put ordinary shares up for sale to the general public.
A total of 2,195,509 lots have been brought for general sale, having a face value of Rs. 21 lakh 95 thousand 509 lots.
The company said that it has conducted an initial public offering (IPO) for the same number of shares, including 297,840 undistributed lots from inhabitants of the project’s impacted regions.
The remaining 2 million 19 thousand 839 shares will be open to the general public to apply for.
With the permission of the Nepal Securities Board, investors can apply for the ASWA service through partnering banks and financial institutions, the Mero Share mobile app, and
the website till June 14th.
According to sales manager Siddhartha Capital Limited, the general public can apply for a
minimum of 10 lots and a maximum of 1.7 million lots of shares.
