Kathmandu, June 7
In the districts of Gulmi and Makwanpur, two people have died due to lightning strikes.
Tara Sarki, 40, of Bajaune Danda in Gulmi’s Isma rural municipality-5, died on Monday evening after being struck by lightning.
Jamuna Maya Moktan, 37, of Hiledmar in Makwanpur’s Manhari rural municipality-6, died
yesterday evening after being struck by lightning, according to police.
