Kathmandu, June 5
The minister has been changed by the CPN-Unified Socialists.
Five politicians from the previous administration were recalled and the names of five leaders were handed over to Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba during a meeting of the party’s secretariat committee held on Sunday.
Bijay Poudel, UCPN (Maoist) Deputy General Secretary, claimed he has given Prime Minister
Deuba the names of five politicians to include in the administration.
Bhawani Khapung will now serve as Minister of Health and Population, while Jeevan Ram
Shrestha will serve as Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Metmani Chaudhary as Minister of Urban Development, and Sher Bahadur Kunwar as Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Security, according to him. Hira KC, on the other hand, will be Minister of State for Health and Population.
Khatiwada, Prem Bahadur Ale, Ram Kumari Jhankri, and Krishna Kumar Shrestha had previously served as ministers of health, tourism, urban development, and labor. The Minister of State for Health was Bhawani Khapung.
