Kathmandu, May 26
CPN (UML) has won in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-13.
UML candidate Dhurba Narayan Manandhar has been elected as the ward chairman.
he has been elected with 3,124 votes, while his nearest rival Surendra Manandhanar of the
Nepali Congress got 2,654 votes.
