Kathmandu, May 26
A bus accident on the Karnali Highway near Sisne in Dailekh’s Athavis Municipality-2 has killed four persons and injured 39 others.
On Wednesday evening, a bus (Ma 1 Kha 660) traveling from Mugu to Nepalgunj was involved in an accident on the Karnali Highway.
According to Dailekh Police Chief Bhubaneswar Prasad Shah, the deceased include Kashiram Pandey, 36, of Dullu Municipality-9, Dailekh, Prem Sunar, 32, of the same area, Gyan Bahadur Bam of Palata Gaonpalika-3 of Kalikot, and Dhanakala Shahi.
The accident injured 39 persons, according to authorities. Because the bus collapsed at night, Police Chief Shah noted that complete facts had yet to be published.
