Kathmandu, May 23
CPN (UML) has won the mayorship of Sundaraharaicha municipality of Morang district. UML
candidate Kedar Prasad Guragain has won by getting 21,405 votes.
His nearest rival Shiva Prasad Dhakal of the Nepali Congress polled 20,678 votes.
Similarly, Akali Chaudhary of UML has won the Deputy Chief by getting 22,452 votes. His
nearest rival, Nawaraj Chapagain of the CPN-Maoist Center, polled 11,300 votes.
