In the AFC U-17 Asia Cup 2023 selection, Nepal is placed 3rd. Nepal is among the top three
nations in the AFC’s ”draw” of the selection on Friday.
Nepal has a presence in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Syria, Palestine, Chinese Taipei, Myanmar,
Qatar, Timor-Leste, and Singapore. According to the AFC, the draw for the Bahrain event will take place on May 26 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s capital. The competition is open to 44 Asian countries. On Friday, the AFC published the draw for the U-20 selection.
The AFC will take the place of the former Asia Cups for U-16, U-19, U-17, and U-20.
Australia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam will compete in the competition.
