UML questioned on Appropriation Bill saying there’s no plan for reducing imports

Kathmandu, May 18

UML leader Yogesh Bhattarai has found fault in the next fiscal year’s budget. In response to Finance Minister Janardhan Sharma’s Appropriation Bill, he stated that next year’s budget will be filled with errors.

He also stated that the government has been unable to make capital expenditures for the first ten months of this fiscal year. ”We haven’t completed more than 30% of capital investment in ten months,” Bhattarai added. ”How are you going to reach your goal in the next two months?” He also accused the present administration of lacking the will and capacity to enhance capital spending.
