CPN-Maoist candidate Chhabi Ram wins in Naumule Rural Municipality

Kathmandu, May 15

CPN (Maoist) candidate Chhabi Ram Subedi has been elected as the chairman of the Naumule village municipality of Dailekh. Subedi won the election with 3200 votes.

His nearest rival Bhade Budha Magar of the Nepali Congress received 2544 votes. Shashi Ram Bishwakarma of UML got 1920 votes.

Similarly, Ganga Bahadur Shahi of CPN (Unified Socialist) has won the post of vice-chairman. He has received 2834 votes. His nearest rival Amrita Singh of Nepali Congress got 2405 votes and Geeta Chand of UML got 1918 votes.
