Kathmandu, May 14
The counting of votes of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is currently underway.
According to the preliminary vote count of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Balendra Sah has
shown the lead in the counting of 100 votes till noon As per the preliminary results of the vote counting, Shah is leading the polls with 287 votes, followed by CPN-UML candidate Sthapit with 248 votes. Similarly, Nepali Congress (NC) candidate Sirjana Singh has received 148 votes so far.
The counting has started from wards 1 and 32 of the metropolis.
