Kathmandu, May 6
The price of gold declined by Rs 600 per tola on Friday, the last day of the week. According to the Federation of Nepali Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs, the price of gold has been set at Rs 98,000 per tola today, up from Rs 1,400 per tola on Thursday.
The current price of hot gold is Rs 97,500. On Thursday, Chhapawal and Tejavi gold were
purchased and sold at Rs 98,600 and Rs 98,100, respectively. Similarly, white metal silver’s price has dropped by Rs 25 per tola today.
On Thursday, the purchasing and selling price of silver increased by Rs 15 per tola to Rs 1,305 per tola, with the selling price set at Rs 1,280 per tola today.
