Kathmandu, May 5
Senior Nepali Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel has said CPN-UML, not the Maoist Center, was the main competitor of the Nepali Congress.
He said that the Maoist party was not a competitor to the NC.
Poudel, speaking at a ruling coalition election rally in Chitwan today, criticized UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli for being anti-democratic.
Poudel lambasted Oli for dissolving the House of Representatives.
He also said that Congress would not have been able to form a government without the
alliance.
