Kathmandu, May 5
Dev Bahadur Darji, 44, of Tarkerabari in Likhu Municipality-8, died on Wednesday night after being hit by lightning.
Dev Bahadur, 40, and Megh Bahadur, 40, both from the same village, were struck by lightning while sitting near the tailor’s home in Chautara.
He was taken to Tamakoshi Hospital in Ramechhap, where he died from severe injuries,
according to authorities.
Megh Bahadur, who was injured, was sent to Patan Hospital in Lalitpur for treatment.
