The Supreme Court has recognized the validity of a document claiming that millions of
American women may lose their legal access to abortion. On Tuesday, the document was
leaked. Politico in the United States was the first to publish the draft.
Chief Justice John Roberts of the Supreme Court, on the other hand, stated that the draft did not represent the court’s final judgment. According to the paper, the question of altering the landmark 1973 decision to allow abortion has been revealed.
Meanwhile, President Joe Biden warned the decision will raise issues about the country’s independence. ”First Draft” is the title of the leaked paper. It appears to reflect the majority of the court’s opinion.
A reversal of the Supreme Court’s decision in the so-called Rowe Wade case might result in abortion bans in half of the country’s states. The problem of draft leakage has been classified as a significant violation by the Supreme Court. Chief Justice Roberts issued a statement ordering the Supreme Court marshal to look into the matter.
