Kathmandu, May 4
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is leaving for Biratnagar to address an election rally today.
A massive election rally is being organized in Biratnagar, where the NC has fielded Nagesh
Koirala to be the metropolis mayor.
According to sources, Deuba, who is also the NC’s President, will be accompanied by senior
leader Ram Chandra Paudel and General Secretary Bishwa Prakash Sharma.
The NC has started a week-long nationwide election campaign.
The party planned to hold election campaigns in 10 major cities across the country targeting the local elections on May 13.
