Every year, starting in the second week of May, the Apinampa Conservation Area Office grants authorization for the gathering of Yarsagumba. The collectors arrived at the collection area in the second week of April, according to Narendra Singh Dhami of Beas Gaonpalika-2. The Api Nampa Conservation Area Office has made obtaining permission to pick the valuable plant Yarsagumba a necessity.

The agency has published a public notice noting that collecting without a permit is prohibited.

The issue of licenses for the gathering of Yarsagumba began on April 28, according to Chief
