The governor’s case is being heard today

Kathmandu, April 28

The writ petition filed by Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari of Nepal Rastra Bank in the Supreme Court is being heard today. As the hearing was not completed on Wednesday, the hearing of the writ petition is going to be held today. The trial of judges Sapna Pradhan Malla and Tanka Prasad Moktan began in a joint sitting but was adjourned for Thursday due to lack of time.

On April 17, Governor Adhikari filed a writ case in the Supreme Court, stating that an
investigative committee was created against him for no cause.
