Kathmandu, April 13
In Dhangadhi, the Farwest Travel Mart 2022 was conducted with the goal of boosting tourism in the far western area. The Nepal Tourism Board and Dhangadhi Sub-metropolis, as well as the Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATA) Far Western Province, hosted the event.
The mart was held in accordance with the Nepal Tourism Board’s plan to hold a ”Provincial Travel Mart” in each province in order to develop and expand the business activities of tourism entrepreneurs in different provinces of Nepal, as well as to establish business relationships with tour operators in the international resource market.
As a buyer, some 60 tour operators from the Indian border cities of Nainital, Dehradun,
Lakhimpur, Bareilly, Rudrapur, and the Indian capital Delhi attended the market. B to B has
been completed.
The market also featured exhibits showcasing the seven provinces’ tourist attractions, as well as stalls from nine districts and appealing tour operators, hotels, and tourism service providers.
