The new driver’s license application form will not be available for another month.
Only after the trial of those who took the exam by filling out the form have preparations been made to open a new form.
New applications will be prepared to start from May 15th, according to the Department of
Transportation Management. Prior to that, it is planned to finish the trials of individuals who
have already been tested.
Those who have previously passed the exam are having their licenses delayed by the
department.
Approximately 600,000 people have applied for new driver’s licenses. Only until this number is decreased will the department accept new applications.
According to the department, fresh applications will be accepted following the existing
applicants’ examinations, which will take place within a year.
The online application procedure for driver’s licenses ended on March 15, according to
department spokeswoman Loknath Bhusal.
