Kathmandu, April 8
Anupama Khunjeli, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mega Bank, has resigned.
The board of directors had asked Khunjeli to retire and clear the way, according to bank
sources.
According to a bank source, she offered her resignation after settling a dispute with the board of directors. Her resignation, however, was not accepted.
Khunjeli was Nepal’s first female bank CEO.
