Chief Secretary for Administration John Lee Ka-chiu will join HKSAR Chief Executive’s race, local media Sing Tao Daily reported Sunday. Lee was promoted as Chief Secretary in June 2021 and has demonstrated his competence in the battle against violent riots in 2019.
