Kathmandu, April 3
Domestic and international flights – both take-offs and landings – from the Tribhuvan
International Airport (TIA) have been affected again.
According to the Civil Aviation Authority at TIA, flights to and from the airport have been
affected due to low visibility since last Monday.
Teknath Sitaula, the spokesperson for the airport office, said that 31 domestic flights had
problems during landing due to foggy weather in Kathmandu since this morning. He said the flight and landing would be regular as soon as the weather improves.
Flights and landings from TIA were also affected on Saturday afternoon due to low visibility.
