Kathmandu, March 30
Since Wednesday, Balefi Hydropower Limited has issued 1.827 million IPO units to the general public (March 30).
The company has allotted 4% (73,119 units) of the total 1,827,970 IPOs to its employees, 5% (91,398 units) to collective investment funds, and the remaining 1,663,453 IPOs to the general public. The information has been made available to the general public.
A minimum of 10 lots and a maximum of 100,000 lots are offered to interested investors. From March 30 to April 4, applications can be made.
Global IME Capital is the IPO issuer and sales manager.
