Kathmandu, March 23
The Department of Transportation Management has decided to indefinitely shut all transport offices around the country.
Due to electrical faults with the servers, the department has chosen to shut down all services starting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
”All services will be halted till the situation is fixed,”said Loknath Bhusal, a department official.
Previously, the department had ceased accepting new license applications. All services,
including car registration, name change, renewal, and tax payment, are now indefinitely closed.
