Kathmandu, March 20
Federico Martin Aramburu, a former Argentina rugby player, was shot and killed in France on Saturday morning.
The 42-year-old, who has 22 caps for Argentina, played a key role in the country’s third-place finish in the 2007 World Cup in France. He had a confrontation with other people at the pub in the morning, according to the French daily. Later, they returned to the car and opened fire on him. A murder inquiry has been opened by the Paris prosecutor’s office. The three suspects were thought to be on the run, according to police.
