The fire burned down 13 homes in Saptari

Kathmandu, March 13

In the Saptari district, thirteen houses have been destroyed by fire.

At midnight on Saturday, a fire broke out at Agnisair Krishna Sawaran Gaonpalika-4 Tengri in the district. According to authorities, a local Dumbar Yadav set fire to a tree in front of his residence.

Dambar Yadav, Shyam Kumar Yadav, Dinesh Kumar Yadav, Manoj Kumar Yadav, Fuldev Yadav, Mahesh Kumar Yadav, Brij Narayan Yadav, Mahesh Yadav, Bhola Yadav, Amarendra Yadav, and Dhiraj Yadav are among the 13 persons whose homes have been destroyed by the fire.

Nine goats were killed in the fire. According to authorities, the fire killed four goats belonging to Dinesh Yadav and five goats belonging to Fuldev Yadav.

According to Saptari Police Spokesperson and DSP Madhav Prasad Kafle, the fire caused a loss of Rs 2.5 million.

At roughly 5 a.m., fire engines from Rajbijraj Police Training Center, Hanuman Nagar Kankalini, and Shambhunath Municipality put out the fire that started around midnight.
