The government has established guidelines for nighttime businesses such as hotels,
restaurants, dance clubs, and nightclubs.

The government has agreed to keep night business open overnight by adopting criteria, as
suggested by a task team chaired by Phanindra Mani Pokhrel, Chief of the Peace and Security Division at the Ministry of Home Affairs.

In dance bars and dancing venues, it is not permitted to dance in such a way as to exhibit
vulgarity, according to the requirements. ”All visitors who come to serve as customers of internal and external tourism must be given healthy entertainment,” the standard stated, adding that ”dancing artists must do the skill-based dance.”

According to the legislation, businesses should be conducted in a way that promotes economic progress, which includes offering entertainment only after receiving a license. According to their status, workers in night enterprises should be given uniforms, food, and transportation to their homes.

”If the consumer wishes to take the service home from the place of business after obtaining it,” the regulation adds, ”the concerned merchant must arrange for a paid car.” Child labor is also prohibited in tourism, hotels, restaurants, and recreational places, according to the law. Furthermore, minors under the age of 18 should not be allowed to support establishments such as dance studios, restaurants, bars, live music venues, lounge bars, pubs, clubs, and discos.

”All companies will not be permitted to overly irritating clients by invoicing in violation of their business’s defined pricing list,” the policy stated.

For security purposes, it is now important to monitor from CCTV, according to the criteria. In addition, the film should be stored for at least 30 days in a record.

The standard said, ”Practitioners shall take measures to reduce noise pollution by installing sound control equipment.” ”Lights should be supplied within your business’s premises, as well as while arriving and departing from the closest area.”
